Track I will include an overview of the threshold levels of activity and expenditure that would cause an organization or its employees to have to register or file reports disclosing its California lobbying or ballot measure activities, and how an organization can track its time and expenditures in order to measure whether it has reached these thresholds.
Track II, which will be designed for those that already have some experience with California lobbying reporting, will cover in detail the required lobbying and ballot measure expenditure reports, and how to track time and expenditures to collect the information needed for these reports.
This workshop has been privately sponsored by David and Lucile Packard Foundation and is not open to the public.
