As soon as tomorrow the U.S. House of Representatives will take the historic step of voting on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA). This legislation (H.R. 3685) does not currently offer protections for transgender people or any gender variant people.
Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin will be offering an amendment to ENDA to ensure that it protects transgender people. Please contact your member of Congress now to tell them you support ENDA and the Baldwin Amendment for transgender inclusion.
