As you know, last August Congress was intimidated into hastily passing the Protect America Act. Earlier this week Congress was successful in stopping the administration from jamming through a deeply flawed FISA bill.  Congress must work to correct the basic flaws in this legislation in order to protect the privacy of law-abiding Americans and provide important judicial oversight.  Please join Senator Feingold and support his efforts to stop this legislation if it doesn't protect the privacy of law-abiding Americans or if it still includes blanket immunity for the telecom companies.
