Encourage her to declare her opposition by using the following message when you call:

I would like to know if Senator Feinstein supports or opposes FISA legislation that includes retroactive immunity for telecommunications companies in the Judiciary Committee. Congress must stand by their oath of office and support the Constitution. Amnesty for companies that broke the law flies in the face of the rule of law. I hope Senator Feinstein will do the right thing and oppose any FISA legislation that includes retroactive immunity for telecommunications companies who helped the Bush administration violate the privacy and civil liberties of hundreds of thousands of Americans.
