Our guest speaker, Dr. Chic Schissel,
practiced Dentistry for a half century. He has written
three books describing good dentistry and criticizing
incompetence, quackery, and fraud in the profession. He is
the only dentist ever to have had the honor of a full page
editorial in the Journal of the American Dental Association
condemning him.
Dr. Schissel has also written many articles, has had many TV
and radio appearances, and has lectured on the scientific
method. He has also given adult education courses on The
Great American Songbook. Chic is married and has two kids.
