On October 14th,  Holly Benson announced her resignation from her post as AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) Secretary.  It is now up to Governor Crist to appoint a health visionary to lead much of the implementation and protect low income health care consumers. We are now at a crossroads in our health care system, and Florida cannot afford a political appointee who caters to industry.

Tell Governor Crist to appoint a leader with demonstrated experience in health care who will break down barriers to access, protect Medicaid and improve the quality of care for all  Floridians!

America is on the brink of a major overhaul of our health care system that will bring coverage to millions of Floridians and stabilize costs for the rest of us. While Congress debates the final details of national health care reform, it will be up to the states to deliver reform at home.
