The Salute to the Parks Gala offers one of the largest and most influential gatherings involving the conservation and environmental communities. This annual event celebrates America's national parks, calls attention to their needs, and recognizes individuals whose dedication to the national parks and impact on the system deserves attention.

The gala is the highlight of a week's worth of activities involving NPCA’s Board of Trustees and National Council members and serves to engage them further in appreciating NPCA's mission and the work of the organization on behalf of America's national parks.
