Next time you are logged into facebook, add the "causes" application to your profile and designate NPCA as the recipient of the money you raise.

1. Click "Start a Cause" and fill out or copy and paste the following in the corresponding boxes:

   2. Mission: To protect and enhance America's National Park System for present and future generations.
   3. Description: NPCA has for nearly 90 years been an advocate for our National Park System. When the park system was created nearly 100 years ago in 1916, the first Park Service director, Stephen Mather, saw the need for a voice outside of government, uninfluenced by political forces, that could advocate for the national parks and ensure that these special places would be protected for generations here today and those who would come later. NPCA believes national parklands should be protected, just as their establishing legislation stipulates…unimpaired for the enjoyment of future generations.
