“A Saint On Death Row: The Story of Dominique Green” chronicles Mr. Cahill’s relationship with a Texas death row inmate. Mr. Cahill joined the unsuccessful fight to save Mr. Green’s life, and in the process enlisted the help of his good friend, Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
