Lake Erie Management Plan Public Forum
2009
The Fight Against
Phosphorous
Tired of massive mats of algal
blooms in Lake Erie, which impact humans and wildlife
alike? Join presenters from Canada and the U.S. to
learn about the efforts underway to curb these nutrients and
to partake in a lively discussion about what more we can
do!
The Lake Erie Lakewide Management Plan (LaMP) is a
collaboration between the United States, Canada, and many
watershed groups, scientists, local officials, and water
enthusiasts. Join us at this public forum for workshops and
discussions about improving water quality, wildlife habitat,
biodiversity, and recreational/educational opportunities in Lake
Erie watersheds.
